This pre-workout is amazing for the money. Not Gives you more of a focused energy, unlike C4 or some of the other brands that make you feel jittery and itchy and ware off after 30 min leaving you with a headache. This pre-workout definitely feels more like natural energy. I am 5’11 and 180 pounds and 1 full scoop is plenty for me. My wife uses a half scoop and loves it. Hope this helps!!
